Currently looking for a Director of Maintenance to fill an opening with a well-established manufacturer in the Lathrop, CA area. Interested candidates should have previous background in a manufacturing setting and the ability to lead maintenance, utilities, building, and engineering departments.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and oversee the engineering, maintenance, utilities, and facilities divisions.
  • Accountable for recognizing, ranking, and tackling all maintenance concerns within the plant alongside Operations Management, fostering collaboration to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Offer daily and long-term guidance on maintenance and reliability, emphasizing the establishment of effective preventative maintenance schemes and their execution
  • Ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of personnel, facilities, and equipment, adhering to pertinent safety and environmental statutes at municipal, county, state, and federal levels.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering
  • 7+ years' experience in maintenance management
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in bottling and/or aseptic processing and packaging is strongly desired
