Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Superintendent at Silgo Construction Inc in Houston, TX. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project budgets, and coordinating with project teams. They will also be responsible for delegating tasks to subcontractors and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.

- Construction Site Management, Project Management, and Organization Skills
- Construction Safety and Budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate construction teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the construction industry
