ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


We are looking someone to be our Sales:

  • know and achieve personal, and the store’s daily, monthly and annual sales targets;
  • have an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware;
  • demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques in order to drive your sales and KPIs;
  • conduct tours of the center with prospective members to provide a personal assessment and explain the benefits of an individualized and structured program;
  • promote the play area and classes or birthday party package of the center;
  • work together with our staff and ensuring a positive member experience;
  • take birthday party booking and communicate with customer;
  • promote store events and marketing;

ABOUT REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience;
  • Experience of working with kids/Education preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual: English and Chinese
  • Have an innate passion for working in the environment with children


Compensation:

  • Base salary
  • Potential monthly commission


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Experience level: 3 years

Shift: 8 hour shift

Work Location: Flushing, Queens, NY
