Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • As a Tax Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic tax guidance and leadership within our organization.
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals, serving as a mentor and trusted advisor, while also fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Utilize your extensive expertise to drive excellence in client service delivery, ensuring that all tax engagements are executed with precision and efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide timely insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of tax planning strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, optimizing their tax position and maximizing savings opportunities.
  • Partner with upper management to drive new business development initiatives, actively participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial scoping and planning through to final delivery, ensuring that all deadlines and quality control standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies within the tax department.


Preferred Qualifications: A Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field is preferred.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting or a related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Maintain all necessary licenses required for the role.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple assignments and deadlines with ease.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in utilizing relevant technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
