Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sign Painter at Ornamental Post and Panel in Pineville, NC. The Painter will be responsible for spray-painting, color matching, paint mixing, prep work, and following work orders/drawings as per client specifications using automotive grade paints. Clean shop with high end paint equipment along with a paint/bake booth. We are willing to train experienced painters in other related fields.
Qualifications
- Painting, Coatings, and Spray-Painting skills
- Paint custom signs based on client specifications and project requirements
- Experience in painting techniques and applying coatings
- Ability to operate spray painting equipment effectively
- Attention to detail and precision in painting tasks
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of painting work
- Knowledge of color mixing and matching
- Previous experience in the sign industry is a plus
