Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, and maintain the organization's telecommunications system.

Provide technical support for network design activities.

Assist in designing and developing telecommunications systems.

Conduct feasibility studies for projects related to telecommunications.

Provide customer training on telecommunications features and functionality.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of voice systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve voice system issues in a timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in voice technology.

Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in voice system technologies and protocols.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Experience with voice system vendors such as Cisco, Avaya, or similar is preferred.
