Lease Administration Manager

CSP's Real Estate & Financial Services Practice has been retained by a growing commercial real estate development firm to identify a Lease Administration Manager to join their team. This individual will mainly assist with all aspects of lease administration, as well as some additional property accounting duties as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, retail knowledge preferred
  • Experience with leasing software, Yardi preffered
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, included, but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable and customer ledgers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivating, hardworking and proactive
