Internship OpportunityCloser to a structured student programme than a modelling-heavy role—the internship rotates across retirement topics and emphasizes development, mentoring, and future placement.
Paid 10-week Retirement Actuarial internship in Aon's Dallas, Texas, Retirement Consulting team. You'll support pension and retiree health valuation, stochastic and deterministic projections, asset-liability analysis, plan design, and client projects. The role is aimed at rising college seniors pursuing the SOA track, with at least one actuarial exam preferred.
RequirementsMust have:Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0Eligible to work in the US without sponsorshipStrongly preferred:Rising senior graduating between December 2027 and June 2028Passed at least one actuarial examPursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or relatedDesire to work on a team with capability for independent workDriven by results and accomplishing tasksStrong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical tendenciesAlignment with values of integrity, client commitment and community dedicationAdaptability, quick learning ability and professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelInvolvement in extracurricular activitiesTools: Excel
