About the Role


We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Events and Visual Merchandising pillars. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing complex projects, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a knack for delivering exceptional results.


What You’ll Do:

  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute small to mid-sized activations and events, with the potential to contribute to large-scale projects.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the creation of stunning displays and installations that captivate and engage audiences.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track project progress and maintain clear communication.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management, ideally within marketing agencies, visual merchandising, or event production.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in logistics and expediting.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of Salesforce are highly desirable.
  • Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the U.S., Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and availability for an in-office position in Miami.
