Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00-$22/hr. (depending on qualifications and experience level)
Duration: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Position Summary:
Performs routine set up, operation, preventative maintenance (PM) and reports troubleshooting of
basic manufacturing equipment via manual or semi-automated means. Controls and adjusts machine
settings. Inspects in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and removes defective product,
packaging, and component material. Assists with root-cause analysis activities for processor product
exceptions. Identifies and escalates any issues associated with the machine performance and/or product
quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a US citizen or a US permanent resident.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Previous experience on a manufacturing/production floor preferred. Required for the more experienced role.
- Prior experience with operation of high-speed production machinery preferred. Required for the more experienced role.
- Critical thinker and detail-oriented; conscientious.
- Acts in a self-confident manner to facilitate completion of a work assignment.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity and conduct that conforms to values and culture
- Assures all work is processed in a swift and a timely fashion with high quality result
- Possess strong self-motivation, drive and takes initiative to reach goals and target assignments
- Direct technical skills in reference to the processes and/or equipment in the cell.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand constantly.
- Able to walk frequently.
- Must be able to bend, twist, squat and kneel frequently.
- Able to handle and grasp tools/equipment and products repetitively.
- Finger dexterity rotate parts constantly.
- Able to read and write in English.
- Must be able to push/pull up to 10 lbs. constantly. Max 30 lbs. individual, more to be supported or pushcart used, very rare.
- Visual Acuity – Able to see close detail, distance and colors constantly.
- Able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment constantly.
- Work environment: Shop atmosphere, open floor space, noisy at times, climate controlled.
