We are looking for a Hybrid Solutions Architect who will be responsible for guiding and managing technical end-user solutions. The technologies covered include virtual desktops, Windows and MacOS devices, cloud computing, mobile, AI, IoT, blockchain, edge computing, and immersive experiences technologies.


Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid schedule 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)


Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end user, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture activities.
  • Develop target-state guidance, including standards, guidelines, strategy, roadmaps, and configurations.
  • Analyze enterprise business context and change requirements to derive future-state technology architecture.
  • Identify critical deficiencies in the current technology environment and recommend improvement solutions.
  • Drive digital innovation through the adoption of innovative technologies and approaches.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • 5+ years of experience in an architecture role supporting end-user infrastructure
  • Deep knowledge in at least two technical disciplines: end-user design, infrastructure and network design, application development, APIs, middleware, servers and storage, database management, operations, clustering technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies, and Active Directory.
  • Exposure to diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
  • Understanding of product management, agile principles, and development methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent analytical and technical capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology architecture components, IT standards, controls, information principles, processes, financial models, budgeting, network and security architecture.
  • Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies (waterfall, spiral, agile, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, DevOps).
