Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient caseload
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle adjustments to promote recovery.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Engage in community outreach, contributing to Connections PT’s reputation as a trusted local healthcare provider.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in MA)
