What are we looking for?

A Dynamic Supply Chain Leader that has experience in the industrial/manufacturing industries. Who has a proven track record of maximizing the effectiveness of the supply chain resources and activities with the respect to service level, operating cost and capital investments.

What will you be doing?

  • Develops and executes the supply chain operating processes in support of the development of the US Class A OEM manufacturing activities.
  • Improves the Supply Chain activities in all aspects, driving the standardization of the main processes and methods for each function (procurement, stock management, transports, etc.);
  • Assure the productivity targets requested, as well the service levels to meet the customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Optimize the inventories level and all the logistic costs (transportation costs included);
  • Develops and maintains policies and procedures for safety stock, lead time, MTS strategies, consignment stock (if any), etc.
  • Design and implement an efficient and cost-effective logistic network both for inbound and outbound flows.
  • Overseeing the the work product and development of the Supply Chain department

Things you need to have?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar field


Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a key leadership/management role in Supply Chain including distribution facilities.
  • Previous experience/understanding of budgeting and expense management, including basics of financial and accounting practices.
