Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assess existing business and operational processes and workflows improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with all departments to implement changes to processes
  • Optimize productivity by developing, implementing, and testing new procedures
  • Assemble reports documenting process status and changes
  • Identify metrics that are leading indicators of future performance, and implement opportunities for improvement while tracking metric trends and shifts
  • Provide thorough instructions for the successful implementation of process changes
  • Identify best practices and deploys those practices across all manufacturer sites


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering related field.
  • -Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints Certifications or experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading multi-site activities
  • Previous experience in quality or business process engineering is preferred
