Operations Associate, Chicago Partners Wealth Advisors
Operations Associate
About the Role
We are a growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Chicago. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to learn the inner workings of a wealth management firm and build a strong foundation in financial operations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support core operational functions including client service requests, alternative investment processing, account maintenance, and workflow execution. You’ll work directly with senior operations team members and wealth advisors, gaining real exposure to how an RIA serves its clients and runs its day-to-day business.
This is a fully in-person role based in our Chicago office, an environment we believe fosters faster learning and stronger collaboration for early-career professionals.
