Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Systems Architecture & Design:
• Develop optimized solutions for ERP, custom web applications, and enterprise integration to enhance business processes.
• IT Strategy Development:
• Align IT solutions with key business drivers, analyze IT ecosystem, and propose forward-thinking strategies.
• Solution Proposals & Project Strategy:
• Influence project strategies by proposing effective and efficient solutions.
• Collaboration & Lifecycle Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle, from conception to implementation.
• Innovation & Technology Integration:
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate innovative solutions into existing systems.
• Solution Implementation & Advocacy:
• Lead implementation of chosen solutions and act as an advocate during configuration processes.
• Leadership & Governance:
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, availability, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Global IT Environment & Roadmap:
• Understand global IT environment and integrate inputs from different business units into technology roadmap.

Desired Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of solution architecture experience in Information Systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Extensive hands-on experience with ERP implementation and production support.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, ERP/PLM solutions, database, middleware products, and API Management tools.
• Soft Skills & Leadership:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing delivery with outsourced service providers.
• Visionary & Strategic Thinking:
• Ability to conceive strategies, build consensus, and execute solutions effectively.
