Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an AI Solutions Engineer at Glowly. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to software development, consulting, sales, presales, and integration. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with AI-driven solutions to enhance their marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions that meet the specific needs of our business and clients.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define clear requirements, deliverables, and milestones for AI projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technology and continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve existing systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness, accuracy, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members in AI methodologies.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept through deployment and post-deployment support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to internal teams and external stakeholders to showcase AI solutions.
- Document all processes and ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks
- Strong understanding of AI principles and technologies, including Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and neural networks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
- People skills working with different levels of individuals
