Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced estimator who will be in charge of producing precise and thorough cost estimates for a range of building projects. Your proficiency in deciphering designs, estimating labor and material costs, and creating thorough budgets will be essential to the accomplishment of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine building blueprints, specifications, and drawings to determine all the supplies, labor, and machinery needed for the project.
  • To get precise prices for labor, materials, and subcontractor services, do extensive research.
  • Create thorough cost estimates for every facet of the building project, including line-item breakdowns.
  • Work together with architects, project managers, and other interested parties to finalize and improve cost estimates.
  • Determine possible areas for cost reduction and offer suggestions to raise project profitability.
  • To improve the precision of upcoming projections, keep an extensive database of past cost information and industry trends.

  • Outstanding abilities in client service
  • Self-starter who can achieve deadlines by working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and email communication abilities
  • Experience reading and analyzing blueprints, plans, and specifications is required.
  • Organized, meticulous, and constantly striving for precision and excellence
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project, and Outlook; familiarity with Procore is advantageous
  • At least three references relevant to the position must be provided.
