Studio Manager

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a passionate and driven Studio Manager to join our team. The position requires an individual who embraces dynamic challenges while relentlessly pursuing results. As we expand, the Studio Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our studio, driving sales, managing operations, and creating an unparalleled experience for our community. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Studio Management: 

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the studio with a focus on efficiency and customer service. 

- Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and optimize performance. 

- Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff members, ensuring adherence to protocols and delivering customer service of the highest standard. 

- Be available by phone during most operating hours, and willing to provide emergency coverage (Front Desk and/or Instructor) when needed. 

2. Sales Initiatives: 

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. 

- Create opportunities for partnership and collaboration to enhance sales and brand visibility. 

- Monitor sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive results. 

3. Staff Management: 

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. 

- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 

- Empower team members to reach their full potential and contribute to the success of the studio. 

4. Community Engagement: 

- Cultivate a strong sense of community within the studio and beyond, supporting and organizing events and initiatives. 

- Build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and local organizations to strengthen our presence in the community. 

- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and mission both online and offline. 

5. Customer Care: 

- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism. 

- Proactively seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience. 

- Drive studio sales through personalized recommendations and exceptional service. 

Qualifications: 

- Preferred: Proven track record of success in a startup or fast-paced environment. 

- Required: Previous experience (3- 5 yrs) managing a boutique fitness studio 

- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to exceed targets. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Creative problem-solver with a passion for continual improvement. 

- Willingness to perform jobs at all levels

- Ability to work at and travel to La Costa Studio at least 5 days per week 

- Dedication to personal and professional growth.
