PRN Pharmacist OpportunityAn exciting opportunity is available for a PRN Pharmacist to support a growing compounding pharmacy specializing in non-sterile products, with an upcoming sterile compounding launch. This role is based in Doral, FL, and offers flexible per diem hours aligned with the pharmacy's standard operating schedule.

Doral, FLSchedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Type: Per Diem (PRN)Start Date: ASAPRole Overview: This position involves providing regulatory oversight and ensuring strict compliance with both state and federal pharmacy laws. You will play a key role supporting operational workflows as the pharmacy expands into sterile compounding. Collaboration with the Director of Pharmacy Operations, commencing mid-February, will be critical to maintain and improve policies, procedures, and quality standards. Additionally, you will provide pharmacist coverage during operational hours to help sustain smooth daily functions.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulationsSupport and facilitate the launch of sterile compounding servicesReview and update pharmacy policies and quality standardsCollaborate closely with pharmacy leadership to enhance operational efficiencyProvide coverage and clinical expertise during pharmacy operational hoursQualifications:Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)Experience with pharmacy start-ups (strongly preferred)Background in compounding (sterile or non-sterile) highly valuedRetail pharmacy experience is acceptableOpenness and ability to train in compounding procedures if neededAbout the Pharmacy: This small but dynamic site operates with approximately five on-site employees, complemented by remote operational and clinical support. The pharmacy focuses on GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapies (primarily for female hormones), and plans to expand services to include testosterone compounding. Having successfully operated non-sterile compounding for over a year, the team is actively launching sterile compounding services and growing its footprint in the compounding pharmacy landscape.
