Business Analyst

The Business Analyst position include:
- Experience scheduling technical integrations involving multiple resource teams: Candidates should have demonstrated experience in coordinating and scheduling technical integrations that involve multiple teams.
- Experience organizing and facilitating training and/or technical presentations: Candidates should have experience in organizing and leading training sessions or technical presentations.
- Experience facilitating business and technical analysis, design, and planning meetings: Candidates should possess the ability to facilitate meetings focused on both business and technical analysis, design, and planning.
- 5+ years of experience producing technical documentation: Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in producing various technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, design, process and data flow, testing, and training.
- 5+ years of experience with data consolidation, editing, and normalizing rules: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data consolidation, editing, and implementing normalization rules.
- Understanding of State of Florida rules and regulations: Candidates should have familiarity with the rules and regulations governing the State of Florida, indicating an ability to work within regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint: Candidates should be proficient in using these Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, project planning, and presentations.
- Technical knowledge of web, network infrastructure, network communication, and security (preferred): While not mandatory, candidates with technical knowledge in web technologies, network infrastructure, communication, and security will be preferred.
As for the deliverable tasks, the key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in developing specifications and overall planning and management of projects.
- Providing regular status reports to leadership and written reports on a monthly basis.
- Communicating project progress to the team, sponsors, stakeholders, and legislative bodies as necessary.
- Ensuring adherence to technical direction and standards.
- Developing and measuring progress against project plans.
- Managing project documentation, including plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.
- Participating in the development and implementation of business solutions.
- Managing project risks and change control processes.
- Obtaining sponsor approval for changes affecting scope, budget, and schedule.
- Providing written documentation of testing and verification of modifications to ensure objectives are met.
