Agility Partners is looking for a qualified Epicor Project Manager for a local top - tier manufacturer of engineered components.

The role will consist of:

  • Project Planning: Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for Epicor ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders including department heads, IT personnel, and end-users to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of project resources including consultants, developers, and analysts, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and deadlines are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and budget overruns.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and consultants to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide user support to ensure successful adoption of Epicor ERP systems by end-users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Generate and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience managing Epicor ERP projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP systems, including modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
