Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Maintain an engaging, homelike environment which presents residents opportunities to touch, collect or enjoy interesting items along the way.
  • Support and monitor the day-to-day delivery of quality resident services resulting in high resident, family, and associate satisfaction.
  • Schedules the Certified Nursing Assistant staff for 24/7 delivery of services within the community while monitoring available labor hours to budget.
  • Operates the Memory Care department including, but is not limited to, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, coaching, and developing the Certified Nursing Assistants.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a Senior or Dementia setting
  • Being knowledgeable about the dementia disease process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook
