Special Services TechnicianSpecial Services Technician needed in Laurel, Lanham, Silver Spring MD & Falls Church VABenefits offered:

- Sick days/PTOResponsibilities for Special Services TechnicianSentral services is looking for team members to work for our special services department. Type of work includes Floor-care, carpet-care, window cleaning, construction cleaning, trailer cleaning, and pressure-washing.
Be dispatched daily to jobs. Team member gets dispatched from their home not a central office.
Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly conditionClean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Clean windows and mirrorsOften using ladders, and extensions.
Clean doors, door handles, countertops and tabletopsClean and supply restroomsRemove waste, empty trash, and transport to the trash receptible.
Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspectedReplenish cleaning and maintenance suppliesKeep cleaning instruments neat and cleaned.
Keep open communication with Manager regarding the status of projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Strip, scrub, seal, and refinish floors.
Removed stains from rugsQualifications for General CleanerMust be 18 years or older.
Must have a valid drivers license and have their own transportation.
Must pass background checkMust be willing to work throughout the DMV area.
Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policiesMust be able to do physical work and operate power equipment.
Attention to detailAbility to follow schedules and keep commitmentsAbility to follow directions from a supervisorAbility to demonstrate professionalismMust be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team.
Preferred but not required1 yr of similar work experience.
Have the flexibility to be on call 24/7 and be a part of our emergency response team.
Ability to operate Lifts; Certification classes to operate lifts are offered by Sentral.
Ability to operate Floor maintenance machineryAbility to operate pressure-washing machinery.
Ability to operate Carpet maintenance machinery.
