Duties & Responsibilities As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by accurately preparing customer orders for shipment.
Your daily responsibilities will include:Pick, pack, and label products accurately to prepare orders for shipment.
Operate an order-picking cart safely to move products throughout the warehouse.
Follow established packaging procedures to ensure products are properly protected during shipping.
Use packing materials and equipment, including padding, tape guns, and other shipping supplies.
Verify order accuracy and ensure items are packed and labeled correctly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment to meet daily productivity goals.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements Required

Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience, including order picking, packing, or fulfillment.
Valid driver's license required to operate an order-picking cart.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check, as permitted by applicable law.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred

Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a distribution center, fulfillment center, or shipping warehouse.
Experience using warehouse packing supplies and shipping equipment.
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, inventory handling, and warehouse safety practices.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
