Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Permit Engineer at ONE Environmental Group, LLC located in Midlothian, VA. The Air Permit Engineer will be responsible for air permitting work while ensuring consistency with company culture and vision.

 

Essential Job Functions:

1. Prepare and generate air permit applications, air permitting exemption determinations, emissions calculations, and routine air reports such as annual emissions statements and monitoring reports.

2. Perform air permitting work independently.

3. Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, regulatory officials, customers, and fellow employees.

4. Strict adherence to meeting deliverable schedules, deadlines, budgets, and quality of work standard.

5. Strict adherence to health and safety rules and company policies.

6. Demonstrate commitment to the company culture and vision.

 

Required Education and Experience

· B.S. or M.S. Engineering or Scientific Discipline

· Five to Ten Years of experience working in the environmental industry, specifically air permitting
