We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality in our financial products and services. This position involves a great deal of responsibility and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct rigorous quality control tests and inspections to ensure all financial products and services meet the company's high standards.
2. Utilize your knowledge of SQF certification, Packaging, Flexible packaging, X-Rite, Document Control, and food packaging to enhance our quality control processes.
3. Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality control documentation system.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure all quality control processes are followed correctly and consistently.
6. Provide training and support to other staff members on quality control procedures and standards.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality control technology.
8. Ensure all quality control equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated correctly.
9. Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Technician role or a similar position.
2. A valid SQF certification is a plus.
3. Proven experience with Packaging, Flexible packaging, X-Rite, and Document Control.
4. A strong understanding of food packaging.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. The ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other staff members.
9. A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
10. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
