We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in operating CNC Turrets in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with an innovative team dedicated to achieving high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tooling, CNC operations, turret operation, calipers, and machining. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating machinery, ensuring the smooth running of operations in order to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Operating and maintaining CNC Turret machines to ensure the production of high-quality parts.
2. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models to produce accurate work.
3. Loading raw materials into the machinery and adjusting the machine settings to complete tasks accurately.
4. Conducting regular CNC machine assessments to identify malfunctions or repairs needed.
5. Using precision measurement tools to inspect and test finished products, ensuring they meet all required specifications.
6. Collaborating with the production team to implement improvements for increased efficiency.
7. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
8. Maintaining accurate records of all production activities, including quality reports, inventory, and machine maintenance logs.
9. Troubleshooting any operational issues and making necessary adjustments to machine components as needed.
10. Providing technical support and training to junior staff members as required.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with tooling, CNC operations, turret operation, calipers, and machining.
3. Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Knowledge of safety protocols and standard operating procedures within the manufacturing industry.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or diploma in CNC operation or a related field is highly desirable.
