Position Highlights$100,000 Sign-On BonusCompetitive compensation range: $121-$159/hour (Salary $251,680
- $330,720)Guaranteed additional shift opportunities with premiums of +$75-$100/hour above base rate30 days PTO with additional accrual based on years of service40 CME hours annually$2,250 CME allowanceWhat You'll Do:Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and developing individualized anesthesia care plans.
Administering anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.
Monitoring patient status throughout the perioperative period.
Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff.
Participating in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning.
Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Supporting Advocate Health's commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
Training and/or Experience RequiredActive RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, ANDActive national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA).
Active DEA registration prior to hireActive ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hireEducation Required: Master's Degree in NursingExperience Required: No experience required. Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
