About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead its operations and advance its mission and strategic priorities in partnership with its board and staff. The role oversees organizational strategy, governance, finances, and workforce, while building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. The executive will strengthen member engagement and retention, guide digital and technology initiatives, and represent the organization with members, patients, policymakers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities also include advancing advocacy, external partnerships, and philanthropic efforts, and ensuring programs and resources deliver measurable results. Candidates should bring senior executive leadership experience, with a record of working effectively with boards, leading teams, and driving organizational growth, engagement, and change. Strong financial management capabilities—including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and audit compliance—are required, along with experience in strategy, stakeholder relations, and digital engagement. The role calls for exceptional communication, diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
