Job Description: Seeking an experienced Paralegal with a passion for personal injury and medical malpractice law. If you have 3+ years of experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow your career, this opportunity is for you


Responsibilities:


- Support attorneys by drafting and filing legal documents.

- Conduct research on case law and regulations.

- Manage case files and coordinate document production.

- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.

- Assist with deposition preparation and trial briefs.

- Attend court hearings and legal proceedings.

- Handle administrative tasks to support attorneys and firm management.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.

- 3+ years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law.

- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with legal research and document management software.

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

- Commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
