We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical field, with a strong focus on patient care and a thorough understanding of medical terminology. Responsibilities:
As a Medical Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, which may involve preparing patients for examination, recording vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort.
2. Performing basic laboratory tests and sample collections, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
3. Administering medications and treatments as directed by the physician.
4. Maintaining accurate patient records, including medical history, vital statistics, and test results.
5. Scheduling patient appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring that examinations and procedures are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Providing patients with information and education regarding their treatments, procedures, and medical conditions.
7. Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
8. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Medical Assistant role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role within the medical field.
2. Proficiency in measuring and recording vital signs.
3. Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals in a professional and compassionate manner.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
6. The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
7. A valid certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is preferred.
8. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
