In order to make that belief a reality, we seek out vendors that serve the Asian community with the same dedication and passion as we serve our own.

Eastland Food sources only the best of Asia to our customers. We only work with established businesses with a proven track record. We strive to make it as simple as possible for our customers to source the finest Asian products available.

We have been sourcing premium Asian products since 1981. Only products that have been rigorously tested for quality will make it on our catalog. We are also constantly on the lookout for great new products to show our customers.

We’re looking for candidates who are mission-focused, data-driven, and above all else, looking for a deeper meaning in their work. We pride ourselves in hiring talented individuals from all walks of life and food industry backgrounds

Logistics Officer Job Responsibilities:

·      Collect data on supply chain operations.

·      Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.

·      Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.

·      Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors.

·      Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.

·      Measure supply chain performance and report to management.

·      Monitor supply chains and shipments

·      Ensure timely schedules for client orders

Qualifications/Skills:

·      Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields

·      Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

·      Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data

·      Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships
