Samuel Knight are proud to be working with one of the major O&M industry players as they're on the lookout for solar technicians to join their team.


```Duties```

- Install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems on ground mount solar farms.

- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar panels and inverters

- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with solar systems

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation and operation of solar systems

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and with electrical equipment

- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports

  • Candidate must be okay with traveling outside of North Carolina


``Qualifications```

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in Solar Operations and Maintenance or Solar Electrical work or related field preferred

- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in solar installation

- Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

- Understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage wiring

- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops for extended periods of time

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
