Dental Receptionist

Our client is an established dental practice, that is looking to grow their operations. We are seeking a smart and diligent Dental Receptionist to join our client’s office, located in Moorpark CA.
You will be responsible for greeting guests as they come in for their appointments, maintaining patient records, and other clerical duties as needed.
You will also:
· Schedule appointments promptly, as well as send follow-up/reminder calls to patients.
· Welcome patients when they arrive, check them in and provide the paperwork needed for their appointment
· Importantly, you are verifying patient insurance information, calling up the insurance company, providing their insurance information, and checking to see if the insurance covers the necessary appointment
· Address any patient concerns that come up
· Communicate with the hygienists, dentists, and other staff to coordinate the goings on in the office
Our client uses a software called Dentrix to organize all their appointments and patient information. You MUST have experience in using this software to be considered.
