Position Summary - Vaco has partnered with a company and they have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to cover an employee who is currently on medical leave until May 2025. There is possibility to transition to direct hire and join the inside sales team. Ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, great customer service background, and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this person will be selling different petrol products to commercial and small business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management
- Taking calls from Sales Reps, Drivers, and Manufacturing personal
- Address customer inquiries
- Resolve billing invoices with team members
- Customer data account management
- Perform receptionist duties and communicate with customers and visitors as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs., use office equipment and speak on the phone for extended periods, and move between office areas.
