Position Overview:

Mattermore is seeking a talented Animator to join our Content Team. This role is integral to the development of both short form and long form animated content that will be distributed across various social media channels. The Animator will bring to life the core themes of our brand, such as the future of work and AI, through dynamic and engaging visual storytelling.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce animations that simplify complex topics related to AI, the future of work, and behavior science.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure a cohesive visual and thematic alignment with the overall content strategy.
  • Manage animation projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and brand guidelines.
  • Utilize a variety of animation software tools and techniques to create engaging content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Stay updated with the latest animation trends and technology to continuously improve the quality and impact of our content.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Animator with a strong portfolio of work, preferably in a content-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging animations that are easy to understand.
  • Excellent visual communication skills to collaborate effectively with the content team.
  • A passion for storytelling through animation, with an emphasis on educational content.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
