Position: Architectural Drafter (Hospitality Design, Revit Proficient)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid, Flexible Work Schedule)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with a robust background in hospitality design, Revit and interior architecture. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of Revit documentation, collaborating closely with our talented Designers. Because we are a boutique firm, you will work and collaborate on multiple jobs concurrently, performing a variety of tasks. We offer ample opportunity for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce construction documents to meet the local and federal codes and standards.

• Coordinate construction documents with engineers and other consultants and support during construction administration

• Collaborate with Project Leads, Designers, and other team members

• Maintain project standards, templates, and workflows across all projects

• Assist design team in the effective use of Revit

• Review and approve Revit documentation for accuracy and quality

• Assist with Revit library, creating templates, and providing team support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Revit in an architectural or interior design firm

• Experience working in hospitality is a plus

• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles and practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong leadership and time management skills

• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Keen attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
