PrideStaff is currently accepting resumes for a Sales Assistant/Project Coordinator in Biloxi MS.  This position is full-time; 40 hrs. per week; Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm.  Hourly pay rate; $13 - $15/hr DOE

Sales Assistant/Project Coordinator job duties are but are not limited to:

  • Assisting Sales Reps by managing print and direct mail projects from start to finish meeting quality standards and deadlines from  of each order
  • Participating in customer service, billing & follow up
  • Verification of necessary information from customer/previously produced jobs to properly process the project in a production plant
  • Monitoring project schedule and trafficking projects to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Communicate with customers on project details from initiation to completion of projects; including but not limited to providing assigned accounts with quotes, distribution of proofs, sharing production timeframes, delivery information and follow-up after job completion/delivery
  • Creation of job tickets with production information and ensure information remains accurate and current
  • Provide in-house support for outside Sales Representatives in an efficient & timely manner

Desired candidates will have the below characteristics & experience: 

  • Ability to independently initiate production process by following procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Self starter with an acute sense of urgency & high level of organizational skills
  • Must be customer/service oriented
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft Office programs & email
  • Experience  in customer service in printing or prepress industry preferred but not required
