Business Operations Specialist

Business Operations Specialist - Boulder, CO
Salary: $65,000.00 to $110,000.00
About Us: Join a rapidly growing organization dedicated to innovation and operational excellence.
Your Role: As a Business Operations Specialist, you will support various departments, manage projects, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing procedures, SOPs, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Facilitating coordination across departments (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)
- Leading and coordinating business operations projects
- Handling administrative tasks to enhance productivity
- Organizing company events and supporting marketing efforts
- Analyzing workflows for operational excellence
- Conducting research and grant writing for strategic initiatives
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Assisting in establishing a Quality Management Program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration; MBA preferred
- Experience in business operations or administrative roles
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean)
