TSR is looking for a Structural Designer in the Buffalo, NY area to support industrial design projects. This is a long term contract position with one of the largest EPC firms in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to the engineering team in the layout, arrangement, and details of structures and foundations.
  • Prepares CAD drawings for structures and foundations made of concrete, steel, or engineered products.
  • The Designer may be required to visit project sites on the plant to gather project design information.
  • The Designer will work closely with and learn from seasoned engineers familiar with project protocol.  

 Qualifications

  • Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Candidates will likely have an Associate???s Degree or have attended a Technical High School
