SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION DESIGNER WITH SOME WEB SKILLS

Looking for a talented and motivated production designer to join our fast-growing team. The position requires an individual who is self-motivated and capable of managing time, priorities, and workload as well as being capable of seeing projects through to the end without being micromanaged. This is an intense, high-volume work environment that requires focus and self-discipline, where we all wear many hats.

 

We are looking for a person who is passionate about company growth, and who can think outside the box.

 

Responsibilities:

• Developing graphics and layouts

• Create, trace, and re-draw logos

• Create product artwork for in-house and overseas printing

• Design and test packaging concepts

• Report to the department manager for project assignment

• Keen eye for typography, color, and layout

• Maintain an organized folder structure and template consistency

• Strong visual design skills, focused on details and quality.

• Mock up products and create prototypes in Photoshop using visual aids, product samples, and images from the web

• Design and work on various projects including product catalogs, email blasts, and web banners

• Manage the design and development of the website, and organizing elements within, including data entry


 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) software applications
  • Keen attention to detail, troubleshooting, and excellent organization skills
  • Positive team-building attitude
  • Able to keep cool under pressure due to time-sensitive projects
  • Energized by a fast-paced and developing environment
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and a strong design eye
  • Experience with managing digital projects

 

Preferred:

• Proven graphic design experience

• Packaging and digital design experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in Web Design Tools (Webflow, Figma, XD, Axure, etc)
