Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering key projects that drive our client’s growth and support their mission to innovate within the packaging solutions industry. This position involves managing a skilled team of engineers, designers, and technical professionals, ensuring that project milestones are met on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality. You will work directly with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals, making sure that all project aspects adhere to high-performance standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage a dynamic team, coordinating roles and responsibilities to optimize workflow and ensure collaboration across departments.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project timelines, define deliverables, and monitor progress against milestones. Adapt strategies as needed to address any issues that may arise.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and project outcomes meet quality standards.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring all resources are efficiently allocated and costs are controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain project integrity and timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency in future projects.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through to completion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Packaging background.
