IAM Engineer

Position: IAM/Transmit Security Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: Full Time

Role and responsibilities

• As a Transmit security Engineer primarily, you will be working on creating CIAM orchestration workflow on the transmit Security Platform.
• Work with Application teams to understand the requirement and build the Authentication/Authorization flow based on business logic.
• Troubleshooting & Fixing issues in existing or new workflows both in Dev & production.
• Ability to think with a security mindset. The successful candidate has a strong IT background with in-depth Identity and Access Management knowledge along with development experience.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to identify the issues in different systems which are part of the workflow.

Technical skills requirements

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

· Experience into development of Transmit Security workflows or equivalent (PingFedrate)

· Experience of security and authorization solutions Transmit, ForgeRock, PingFederate or equivalents.

· Experienced in any programming language, having Mobile application development experience will be added advantage.

· Experience of API and service-based architectures using REST APIs

· Adequate amount of exposure in any IDP platform like Transmit Security, PingFederate, ForgeRock etc.

· Strong knowledge across the technology stack such as web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors and distributed systems architecture

· Familiarity with deployments and integrations of IAM solutions

· Exposure to various Authentication and Authorization principles strategies Oauth2.0

· Certificates and Securities principles HTTP, HTTPS , TLS, SSL, MATLS.

· JavaScript or TypeScript (Advantage to TypeScript)

· CI/CD tools - Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, GIT, GitHub, SonarQube, checkmarks

· PaaS/IaaS Open Shift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, Azure & Cloud bees

· DevOps processes and experience

· Agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban, XP

Nice-to-have skills

· Working with Splunk, Datadog

· Oracle IDM, OUD exposure.

• Expertise in Ping Federate I configuration of application using SAML2, Oauth2.0 and OIDC, SSO protocols.

· Experience in creation of adapters, selectors, policies in Ping federate.

· Capable of troubleshooting any issues with PingFederate.
