IVR Developer

Looking for an IVR Developer who has at least 3-5 years of experince working in Java, REST and SOAP, OOP, Oralce and has experince creating advnaced queries. This position is remote.

Hourly rate for this role wil be between 50-60/hr. - depending on years of experience.

No C2C at all can be provided. No sponsorship can be provided either. No 3rd Party Vendors W2 candidates only.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 10 years’ agile/scrum experience in application development using Java development, including REST & SOAP web services and secured communications or other object-oriented programming language is required.
• Proven experience with development environments, frameworks, and APIs (tomcat, json, Avaya, security SSL/TLS 1.2 certificates import/export and etc.) is required.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL – intermediate to advanced queries is required.
• Experience with Oracle is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering required.
• Experience workined in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Preferred Skills:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience with IVR application development, or support is preferred.
• Experience in systems management of Linux; scripting, log management, software distribution (packaging) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Avaya OD development is preferred.
• Knowledge of Avaya Full-Stack environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server is preferred.
• Experience in the Call Center technologies is preferred.
