Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented IT App Administrator to join the IT Corporate Solutions team. The role’s primary responsibility will be to assist in administering and supporting all aspects of the organization’s Mac device program. This includes providing Mac technical support to our C-suite executives and end users. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining current operations, deploying new systems, and improving internal processes. The role requires someone with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill the specific needs of each user and the technical ability to manage Mac devices.

Job Description

  • Proficiency with Apple/Mac OS devices.
  • Experience in providing business-level support for Mac systems.
  • Familiarity with Jamf, a tool for managing Apple devices.
  • Responding to and resolving tickets efficiently.
  • Providing comprehensive support for Mac devices throughout the organization.
  • Managing incoming tickets via platforms like Genuity/ServiceNow.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
  • Previously experience in Apple Retail is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience supporting Mac devices and macOS.
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting Windows devices
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft administrative tools including Active Directory, Print Server, Remote Desktop
  • Strong understanding of Apple hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with at least one scripting language and automation tools (Shell, AppleScript, Python, Swift, etc.)
  • Experience with the following applications is a plus: Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Zoom, ServiceNow, Kandji and other Apple MDM providers.
  • Experience with supporting APIs is a plus.
  • Demonstrate ability to solve complex support and maintenance issues with applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with users, including senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in learning new technology.
  • Experience with supporting Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to be flexible and deal with changing priorities and timelines/due dates.
  • Hybrid environment: willingness to report on-site in Marlton, NJ two days a week.
