Corporate Paralegal

Hiring for a Contracts Paralegal. The objective of the selected candidate for this role is to take ownership of all contracting business, current and future, and create a scalable process for the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leveraging strong communication and keen analytical skills.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and employment contracts.
• Manage contract databases and ensure all contracts are up-to-date and in compliance with PlanetBids contract and legal requirements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to contracts.
• Provide support in preparing and coordinating legal documents and responses.
• Manage the billing process for legal services provided to clients, as needed.

Must have 2+ years of Contracts Paralegal experience. Ideally someone that can take over the contract process.
