Payroll Specialist

Our client, a leading agriculture company, is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for their diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
  • Manage timecards, deductions, and adjustments in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure payroll records are properly maintained and updated.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist with tax filings and year-end reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal payroll regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and software.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
