Our client is a leading engineering firm, renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence in civil engineering. They are seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their dynamic team.


As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading surveying projects, ensuring quality, and maintaining client relationships. Your experience and expertise will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Focus:

  • Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract language to initiate survey projects.
  • Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Supervise, develop, and mentor employees to foster their growth and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Maintain quality control throughout the duration of survey projects to deliver accurate and precise results.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills when interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Skill Set:

  • Possess a valid and active Arizona Registered Land Surveyor license.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying.
  • Knowledge of the Public Land Survey System, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, municipal survey requirements, and ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards.
  • Experience using Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
