Job Purpose

  • The Drug and Alcohol Compliance Analyst is part of the New England Absence Management team and assists in the management of Client’s Drug and Alcohol program. Provide analytical support for, and coordination of Client’s drug and alcohol programs.


Key Accountabilities and Duties

  • Responsible for oversight of Client SA and PHMSA contractor drug and alcohol program
  • Manage internal compliance reports
  • Act as a liaison with Client’s third party vendors that oversee Client SA and PHMSA contractor drug and alcohol compliance as well as collection site monitoring
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to share best practices and provide guidance related to contractor drug and alcohol programs
  • Drug and alcohol training support & development
  • Attend and present at Absence Management meeting for managers and supervisors across the Region


Qualifications (in addition to Pontoon listing)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to make timely and effective decisions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applicable information systems
  • Excellent computer and data analysis skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations (Client SA and PHMSA) preferred
